Photos

Passport-sized photograph with a white background (35 X 45 mm).

The photo must be no more than 6-months old.

For men: Without head cover.

For women: Head covering is only allowed for religious purposes and should not hide facial features.

The face should cover 70-80 % of the photo.

Flight Ticket

Confirmed round trip flight ticket or reservation.

Job Letter

Up-to-date job letter from employer;

Govt. sector: it must be stamped in color by the Govt. sector employer. 

Private sector: it must be printed on the official letterhead of the employer and attested by the chamber of commerce.

Bank Statement

Up-to-date bank statement for the last 6 months (in English).

It should be stamped from the Bank and have a decent minimum balance for the last few months.

Salary credited for the last 6 months should be shown in the bank statement.

Must have an ending balance of 20000 SAR or above.

Others

Additional documents may be required based on the profile of the applicant and purpose of the visit.

Old passport should mandatorily submitted at the visa application center (VFS).
