Validity of the passport must not be less than 6 months from the date of arrival.

Passport-sized photograph with a white background (47 X 36 mm).

The photo must be no more than 6-months old.

For men: Without head cover.

For women: Head covering is only allowed for religious purposes and should not hide facial features.

The face should cover 70-80 % of the photo.

Iqama Absher Copy (Validity must be more than 3 months from the date of return)

Electronic Exit Re-Entry visa is required with validity beyond the intended date of return from the destination (English version with Iqama validity information).

Confirmed round-trip flight ticket or reservation.

Up-to-date job letter from employer;

Govt. sector: it must be stamped in color by the Govt. sector employer. 

Private sector: it must be printed on the official letterhead of the employer and attested by the chamber of commerce.

Up-to-date bank statement for the last 12 months (in English).

All pages of the statement should be stamped from the Bank or QR code.

Salary credited for the last 12 months should be shown in the bank statement.

Must have an ending balance of 15000 SAR.

Additional documents may be required based on the applicant's profile and the visit's purpose.
