This Privacy Policy applies to the securing and processing of personal data by Flykiosk Private Limited (hereinafter “Flykiosk”) in connection with Personal Data provided by any person (hereinafter “User”) who has purchased or intends to purchase or inquiries about any product(s) or service(s) provided by Flykiosk through any of its interface channels including website, mobile application, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred as “Sales Channels”). 

We respect and acknowledge your need to understand how and why information is being collected, used, disclosed, stored and/or transferred. It is important that you read this Privacy Policy together with any other policies we may provide on specific occasions when we are collecting or processing your personal data so that you are fully aware of how and why we are using your personal data.

For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, wherever the context so requires, ‘You’‘Your’, ‘Yourself’ shall mean the ‘User’ who may be any natural or legal person or agency who registers on the Platform, browses the Platforms, inquiries about or avails services of Flykiosk through its platform, salespersons, offices, branch offices, franchisees, agents etc. (all the aforesaid collectively referred to as “Sales Channels”)

The term ‘We’‘Us’‘Our’ and ‘Flykiosk’ shall mean Flykiosk Private Limited. 

By accessing the Sales Channels or using the services provided by Flykiosk, the User hereby agrees with the terms of this Privacy Policy and the contents herein. If you disagree with this Privacy Policy, kindly refrain from accessing our Sales Channels. 

  1. Types of Personal Data we collect
  1. Personal Data includes any information about any user by which the person can be identified. It does not include personal data where the identity has been removed. You may be asked for personal data anytime you are in contact with Flykiosk directly or indirectly (through third parties). 
  2. Information provided at Registration: While registering or subscribing on the website, you may provide us with your personal information, including but not limited to information about your personal identity such as name, gender, marital status, religion, age, profile picture etc., your contact details such as your email address, postal addresses, frequent flyer number, telephone number (mobile or otherwise), WhatsApp number etc. The information shared by you and processed by us may also include your banking details (including credit/debit card) and any other information relating to your income and/or lifestyle; billing information, payment history etc.
  3. Other information collected and processed: We may also collect other information and documents, including but not limited to:  
  1. Transactional history about your e-commerce activities, purchase behavior and related information. This does not include your banking history or details. 
  2. Security-related information such as usernames, passwords, and email addresses used by you in our Sales Channels. 
  3. Data created by your activities on our sales channels such as filled forms, uploaded documents, image files, etc. 
  4. Usage data on how you use the services provided by the Sales Channels. 
  5. If you are utilizing our visa related services, copies of your passports (your travel history depending on the country applicable), bank statements, original forms of embassies or embassy portals, photographs or any other information which may be required as applicable to the requirements of the respective embassies to process your visa application. 
  6. In case of international bookings, in compliance with RBI regulations, you may be required to provide PAN information, Passport information, or any other information that may be required from time to time. The information provided thereof shall only be used for this very purpose. In the event the User is not inclined to provide the said information, We may not be able to proceed with the booking. We shall not share the PAN details with anyone without the prior consent of the User. 
  7. Your Covid-19 Vaccination status and Vaccination certificate in case you wish to avail any service for provision of which such Covid-19 vaccination-related information is required or want to access your vaccination certificate at a later stage for travel-related or any other purpose in accordance with the rules and regulations of the place you wish to visit and/or required by any authority whatsoever. 
  8. In general, while booking hotels, a government-issued ID is requested at the time of check-in. However, some hotels may request a government-issued ID at the time of booking. 
  9. Third-party data such as data available in the public domain or received from any third party, including social media channels, including but not limited to personal or nonpersonal information from your linked social media channels (like name, email address, friend list, profile pictures or any other information that is permitted to be received as per your account settings) as a part of your account information.
  10. Technical data such as includes information collected when you access our website, mobile site or mobile app, your internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you are using. 

  1. Modes of Collecting Personal Data 

We collect Personal Data in the following circumstances if you choose to provide us the same: 

  1. Direct Interaction: When you make an enquiry, quotation request or purchase from our Sales Channels or through our customer service team, you may provide your Personal Data, including name, email address and/or contact number. 
  2. Cookies: We collect and store data through cookies on our website, including technical data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns. 
  3. Third-Party Sources: We collect technical data from analytics providers such as Google so as to improve your experience at our Sales Channels.

The Personal Data collected from you are used to ease your experience while using the Sales Channels. We may use Personal Information, including payment details which include cardholder name, credit/debit card number with an expiration date, banking details, wallet details etc., as shared and allowed to be stored by you. This information is presented to the User at the time of making a booking to enable you to complete your bookings expeditiously. Some of the other purposes of collecting your Personal Data and their uses are: 

  1. To confirm your reservations with respective third-party service providers such as airline offices, hotels, taxi services, embassies and other services. 
  2. To keep you updated on the transaction status and to send you any changes to your bookings. 
  3. To allow our customer service to contact you, if necessary. 
  4. To accumulate data for the purpose of customization of the content of websites, mobile applications and other Sales Channels. 
  5. Request for review of products or services or any other improvements. 
  6. To send verification messages or emails for purposes such as validation of your email address and to prevent any misuse or abuse. 
  7. To communicate information such as promotions, offers, discounts, as the case may be

We will retain your Personal Data for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purposes listed in this Policy. In some circumstances, we may retain your Personal Information for longer periods of time, for instance, where we are required to do so in accordance with any legal, regulatory, tax or accounting requirements.

Please note that all such information is anonymous and that no Personal Information is collected during this process.

  4. Kindly note that each time you access the website, your session data is logged into our servers. We collect session data because it helps us analyze the User's choices and browsing pattern, including the frequency of visits and duration for which a User is logged on. It also helps us diagnose problems with our servers and lets us better administer our systems. The aforesaid information cannot identify any User personally. However, it may be possible to determine a User's Internet Service Provider (ISP) and the approximate geographic location of the User's point of connectivity through the above session data.

  1. Sharing of your Personal Data

Group Companies: In the interests of improving personalization and service efficiency, we may, under controlled and secure circumstances, share your Personal Information with our affiliate or associate entities. If the assets of Flykiosk are acquired, our customer information may also be transferred to the acquirer, depending upon the nature of such acquisition. In addition, as part of business expansion/development/restructuring or for any other reason whatsoever, if we decide to sell/transfer/assign our business, any part thereof, any of our subsidiaries or any business units, then as part of such restructuring exercise customer information including the Personal Information collected herein shall be transferred accordingly.
  2. Service Providers: We may share your information with the end service providers like airlines, hotels, bus service providers, cab rental, railways or any other suppliers who are responsible for fulfilling your booking. You may note that while making a booking with us, you authorize us and consent to share your information with the said service providers and suppliers. It is pertinent to note that we do not authorize the end service provider to use your information for any other purpose(s) except for fulfilling their part of the service. Flykiosk does not sell or rent individual customer names or other Personal Information of Users to third parties except for sharing such information with our business/alliance partners or vendors who are engaged by us for providing various services and for sharing promotional and other benefits to our customers from time-to-time basis their booking history with us.
  3. Third-Party vendors: We may also share certain filtered Personal Information with our corporate affiliates or business partners who may contact the customers to offer certain products or services, which may include free or paid products/services, which will enable the customer to have a better travel experience or to avail certain benefits. Further, we may share your Personal Information with third-party vendors that we may engage to perform certain tasks on its behalf, including but not limited to payment processing, data hosting, and data processing platforms.
  4. We may provide nonpersonal data based on this data to suppliers, advertisers, affiliates and other current and potential business partners. We may also use such aggregate data to inform these third-parties as to the number of people who have seen and clicked on links to their websites.

  1. Permissions required for using our Mobile Applications  

When the Flykiosk app is installed on your phone, a list of permissions will appear and are needed for the smooth functioning of the application. The permissions that may be required and the data that shall be accessed and its use are as below:

  1. Android Permissions 
  1. Location: This permission enables us to give you the nearest key travel destinations and customized packages. 
  2. SMS and Phone: This permission allows us to access your SMS so as to send you OTP for verification/authentication purposes. 
  3. Media/Files: The libraries in the app use these permissions to save and cache images and document data for your ease and faster use of the app while you browse with us the next time. By saving image and document data locally, your phone doesn't need to re-download the same every time you use the app.
  1. IOS Permissions 

Notifications: If you opt-in for notifications, it enables us to send across exclusive deals, promotional offers, travel-related updates, etc., on your device.

  1. Users outside India 

Kindly note that personal data shared with Flykiosk shall be primarily collected and processed in India and other jurisdictions where a third party engaged by us may process your data on our behalf. The data protection regulations in India or other jurisdictions mentioned above may differ from those of your country of residence. 

If you wish to withdraw your consent, you may do so by writing to the email [email protected] . Kindly note that your withdrawal of consent may limit the scope of our services and may affect the existing communication mechanisms, meaning you may not be able to receive updates about your booking, etc. A withdrawal of consent by you may severely affect our ability to serve you properly, and in such a case, we may have to refuse the booking altogether.
